Welcome to Nolensville, Home of the Knights
Nolensville High School is part of the Williamson County school district in Middle Tennessee. NHS is just south of the historic town of Nolensville, which is located approximately 30 minutes southeast of Nashville, TN. Williamson County is a large district, covering 562 square miles and more than 52 schools.
Nolensville High School serves students in grades nine through twelve and has a strong connection to its community. Knights are the faculty, staff, and students of NHS and with the support of our parents, local businesses, and the community…We Are Nolensville!
School History
Nolensville High School opened on August 5, 2016, with 9th and 10th grade only. In 2017-18, NHS added an 11th grade, and in 2018-19 Nolensville High School had all four grade levels. The school is located in the town of Nolensville, TN on 1600 Summerlyn Drive, and it shares a campus with Mill Creek Middle School and Mill Creek Elementary School.
Since its opening, Nolensville High School has been recognized as a TN Reward School for Achievement and Growth. Nolensville High School offers 23 Advanced Placement courses and two dual enrollment courses for its students. In the arts, Nolensville High has earned superior ratings in Band and Orchestra with numerous students achieving all mid-state distinctions. The theater program placed second in the Tennessee Theater Association competition earning a birth to a national competition. In athletics, Nolensville High School has three teams that appeared in state competitions, three additional teams appearing in sub-state, and several region championships and runner up distinctions in its short history. Finally, the career and technical organizations have had many students appear in state and national competitions. Nolensville High School has had a short, but distinguished history, and we are immensely proud of our 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 graduates.

Bell Schedules
The typical school day is from 7:40 AM to 2:47 PM. Throughout most of the year, the first day of the school week is run with a later start time of 8:25 AM. Students who arrive early to school on these days will be supervised in the cafeteria or library until their teachers have their classrooms open. Homeroom meets everyday during 3rd Period.
