Welcome to Nolensville, Home of the Knights
Nolensville High School is part of the Williamson County school district located in Middle Tennessee. NHS is just south of the historic town of Nolensville, which is located approximately 30 minutes southeast of Nashville, TN. The town's population is just over 18,000. Williamson County is a large district, covering 562 square miles and more than 52 schools.
Nolensville High School serves students in grades nine through twelve and has a strong connection to its community. There are two middle schools, Mill Creek Middle and Sunset Middle, that feed into Nolensville High School. Knights are the faculty, staff, and students of NHS and with the support of our parents, local businesses, and the community…We Are One!
School History
Nolensville High School opened on August 5, 2016 and graduated its first senior class in May of 2019. The school is located at 1600 Summerlyn Drive, and it shares a campus with Mill Creek Middle School and Mill Creek Elementary School.
Nolensville High School has been recognized as a TN Reward School for Academic Achievement and Growth, Years 2016-17, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24. Students are offered a rigorous curriculum, exceptional career and technical educational programs, extensive technology and an array of elective classes and extracurricular activities to expand their skills and interests.
NHS offers 23 Advanced Placement courses as well as honors and dual enrollment courses for its students. In the arts, Nolensville High has earned superior ratings in Band, Choir, Theatre and Orchestra with numerous students achieving all mid-state distinctions. In athletics, Nolensville High School has had multiple teams appear in state competitions as well as sub-state, and several region championships. Finally, the career and technical organizations have had many students appear in state and national competitions. Nolensville High School has had a short, but distinguished history, and we are immensely proud of our 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 graduates.

Bell Schedules
The typical school day is from 7:40 AM to 2:47 PM. Throughout most of the year, the first day of the school week is run with a later start time of 8:25 AM. Students who arrive early to school on these days will be supervised in the cafeteria or library until their teachers have their classrooms open. Homeroom meets every Monday during 3rd Period.
