2025 - 2026 WCS School Calendar

Nolensville High's Boy's Lacrosse team is among the first TSSAA State title holders.  Congratulations for taking home the Class AA Boys State Title.

Skyward will be unavailable during this week for staff, students, and parents. Please be prepared if you need to access any information in Skyward during the month of June.

This will impact Driver Form requests, Transcript Processing, and Record Requests.

Back-to-School Forms for the 2025-26 school year will be opening May 23 for families of all returning WCS students. The forms will be available to freshmen students entering from Franklin Special School District on June 23. This quick process will help the district determine both staffing and student schedules before the fall semester begins.

To access the forms, families must log into their Skyward account on a desktop or laptop computer. (Steps to reset password, if necessary.) Once logged in, there will be a link for the Back-to-School Forms, for each returning student. After completing each step, click the "Submit" button to finalize the form's submission.

The deadline to complete the forms will be Friday, July 11.

If you have a new student entering WCS, and you've completed the New Student Online Enrollment process for 2025-2026, you will not be prompted to complete duplicate forms.

If your student will not be attending WCS for the 25-26 school year, please reach out to the school directly to take the necessary steps in completing the withdrawal process.

One of our primary purposes as a school system is to prepare students for the paths they might take after high school. For those planning to attend college, the ACT is an important factor in admission and scholarship considerations at many colleges. Public universities in Tennessee require the ACT or SAT for both admission and scholarships. This summer we are offering four class options to provide structure and guidance for students who wish to take time to work towards improving their score. The class is a pass/fail credit bearing course in which students receive a half credit towards graduation and the course will appear on their transcript. As such, the work is required of any student who enrolls in the class. Space is limited. For more information.

Attention rising third, fourth, fifth, and sixth graders!

You are invited to be a part of an exciting four-day STEM camp. This year's morning theme is innovators, students will have the opportunity to explore engineering and make creative solutions to challenges through various hands-on projects. The afternoon session will focus on technology, students will explore basic coding, eSports, and robotics.

The fun and hands-on sessions will be led by Elvia Klym, the engineering and drone teacher, eSports and Technical Student Association (TSA) coach at Nolensville High, and engineering students. The morning and afternoon sessions will feature different projects, and the sessions will be the same each week. If you decide to sign up for both the morning and afternoon sessions, please send a sack lunch and water with your student. The cost per session is $130.00. 

Space is limited, and reservations will be held according to the date the application is received. This opportunity is open to all current students in Williamson County Schools, Franklin Special School District, Williamson County private schools, and home-schooled students. To register, complete the registration form and submit the online payment. Once payment is received, your student's spot will be confirmed by email.

If you are registering siblings or multiple campers for the SAME camp, you must register them individually, i.e, separate transactions. The transaction fee is based on cost, so the fee will be the same as if purchased together. All NHS summer camp registrations are non-refundable.  Please pay special attention to dates and times before registering for camp. There will be NO refunds for scheduling issues or errors.

Achieving National Merit status is a pathway to opportunities. There are multiple universities that provide full ride scholarships to National Merit Semi-finalists. While the PSAT can be taken any year, the entryway to National Merit is the score achieved on the PSAT, which is also the National Merit Scholars Qualifying Test, in the junior year. We are providing opportunities for students to prepare for the PSAT. The workshops listed are open to any WCS students. They will focus on high achieving strategies that prepare students for the NMSQT.

STUDENT PARKING PASSES ARE REQUIRED ON CAMPUS

All vehicles on campus are required to have a parking pass visible at all times.  Vehicles without a pass are subject to being towed.

Prior to purchasing a parking pass, each student (with one parent) is required to complete a Checkpoints Class (See Checkpoints information above).

Athletic Passes are on sale via GoFan.co.  These passes are valid for all sports' home regular season games.

Online Requests

If any former or current students needs to send their transcript directly to a college or university, they may request it be sent online through the Order a Transcript website. Simply follow the steps: 

1. Select the “Start” button.
2. Select Nolensville High School, Nolensville, TN as the sending institution. 
3. Follow the instructions to enter student identifying information.
4. Make sure to select “End of Term" under "Urgency".
5. Select the receiving institution. If you haven’t made a final decision yet, you may select multiple schools.
6. Review your transcript order.
7. Enter your customer information. The email address you provide will be used to provide tracking information on your transcript order. 
8. Submit your order.
9. Make a note of the tracking number(s) to check on your transcript request and verify when the receiving institution receives the transcript. Keep in mind, it still may take the receiving institution a week or two to accept and process your transcript.  Please note:

• Your grades will not be finalized until the first week of June.
• Test scores are not included with transcripts. Test scores must be sent from the testing agency (ACT/ SAT).

Requests for a Paper Copy of your Transcript

If you need a paper copy of your academic transcript for a scholarship, the military, sports or to be sent to a college or university, follow these steps: 

1. Print and complete the NHS Transcript Request Form. Make sure to include the address of the recipient.
2. Mail or drop off your request to the NHS Counseling Department. You may enclose the $2.00 processing fee or pay for your transcript on the SchoolCashOnline portal.
3. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed.

Duplicate Diplomas

If you need a replacement high school diploma, you must complete the official request for a duplicate diploma from the state of Tennessee.

You will need a Compulsory Attendance letter for your student to present to the DMV.

Please fill this form out to request your letter (the signed letter is only valid for 30 days.)  Give us 48 hours to process.
