Join us on Thursday, January 15th @ 6:00 PM for our Rising 10th - 12th Grade Parent Night (current 9th - 11th graders).  During this session in the NPAC, we'll share important details about registration for the upcoming school year.

Immediately following the presentation, visit our AP Fair in the Commons to learn more about the AP courses offered for 2026 -2027.  Our AP teachers will be available to answer your questions.

What Happens When The Weather Gets Bad?

Parents of Williamson County Schools students will receive school closure notifications by phone, text, email, mobile app, and social media. Visit the App Store or Google Play to download our app for free.

The district aims to notify parents and staff members of delays and cancellations by 9:00 PM the night before. If not possible, the district will begin calling homes as early as 5:00 AM the morning of the day school is closed.

Parents will be called only at the main number on file in the phone notification system. If school is dismissed during the day, parents will receive calls at all of the phone numbers on file.

If parents use extended care at their elementary school, snow day plans will be communicated through that program.

Early Dismissal Process

• If a student needs to be dismissed early, parents/guardians must submit an early dismissal request using the new online form below:

Early Dismissal Form

• This form is open daily from 2:47pm – 7:45am. Please make sure to submit your request during that window.
• Students may pick up their early dismissal pass in Student Services any time after 1st period on the day of dismissal.
• If the request was not submitted in a timely manner via the form, a parent must come to the school to sign out the student. Photo I.D. is required.
• No phone calls, physical notes or emails for early dismissals will be honored except in the case of an emergency with administrator approval.

PLEASE NOTE:

***NEW*** Students should be dismissed only during passing periods / between classes.

Students should not be excused from class after 2:30.

If a student has an early dismissal, they must sign out in Student Services before they leave the building.

HOW TO ORDER A TRANSCRIPT (2 ways)

1. If you would like to request a transcript, go to https://www.orderatranscript.com/ntc/order

. Click start and follow the simple instructions below to order your transcript.

• Follow steps:

• Order a transcript – Select START button.

• Select SENDING INSTITUTION (Nolensville High School Nolensville, TN)

• Follow instructions to enter Student Identifying Information

• Select the Receiving Institution. You may select multiple Institutions.

• Review your Transcript Order.

• Enter your Customer Information (The email address you provide will be used to provide tracking information on your transcript order.)

• Submit Order

• Make a note of the tracking number(s) to check on your transcript request and verify when the receiving institution receives the transcript. Keep in mind, it may still take the receiving institution a week or two to accept and process your transcript.

2. For scholarships or special situations that require a paper copy, simply go to the counseling center, complete the paper form (or use the link below to print a copy of the form), and attach $2.00. Please allow up to 5 business days to process.

Duplicate Diplomas

If you need a replacement high school diploma, you must complete the official request for a duplicate diploma from the state of Tennessee.

As a special way to commemorate our country's national patriotic holidays and serve the community, the Nolensville Band is selling Flag Subscriptions throughout Nolensville.

Purchasing a subscription (which is TAX DEDUCTIBLE) for $60 will provide you with 5 consecutive installations. We will place an 8' tall, all-weather, 3'x5' flag in your yard each holiday morning and remove it that evening. After 5 installations, renewal notices will be mailed/emailed to participants.

Flag installations occur:

Memorial Day, the Saturday closest to Flag Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and the Saturday in November associated with the Town of Nolensville's Veterans Day parade.

Students in grades 9-12 may possess wireless communication devices so long as such devices are silenced and not used during the school day. Students in grades 9-12 may use a wireless communication device during the student's lunch period. Such devices include any portable wireless device that has the capability to provide voice, messaging, or other data communication between two or more parties.

WCS Graduation Fee

Graduation fee is now $140 + processing if paying online.  Log onto your student's School Cash Online account to make the payment.

You may also pay with cash or check (made payable to NHS).

Be sure to purchase your yearbook before it's too late!  Price is $95... lowest price of the year.

STUDENT PARKING PASSES ARE REQUIRED ON CAMPUS- 2025/26

All vehicles on campus are required to have a parking pass visible at all times.  Vehicles without a pass are subject to being towed.

Prior to purchasing a parking pass, each student (with one parent) is required to complete a Checkpoints Class (See Checkpoints information above).
